- PROVIDED SERVICES
Subject to full compliance with these Terms and Conditions, ResumeCampus shall provide Resume Writing and other writing services in career development sphere, as described more fully on the Website (“Services”).
Services may include, but not be limited to, providing our Clients with Resume, CVs, Cover Letters, Thank-you Letter, Follow-up letters (hereinafter “Documents”), and other types of written assignments in sphere of career development.
Services may also include editing, proofreading, paraphrasing, or formatting of existing Documents of our Clients.
- PLACING AN ORDER
Client Profile. You can place a binding order on the Website pursuant to and upon completion of all the procedures prescribed on the Website for ordering the Paper and registration of your Client Profile. You must give us, including but not limited to, accurate and complete information about your order, email and/or contact details.
Materials and Information. As part of ordering process you are also required to fill in the questionnaire provided on the Website with your personal career and education information.
ResumeCampus shall only use the materials and/or information you provide to us. All information provided must be accurate and up to date. We shall not be liable for any inaccuracies in the Documents produced where such inaccuracies are a result of the materials and/or information you have provided. You are solely responsible for any possible consequences and misunderstandings, in case you provide us with inaccurate and/or incorrect and/or unfaithful information.
Non-completion of above mentioned procedures prescribed on the Website shall not constitute a binding order and we will have no corresponding obligation to deliver the Documents ordered.
Confirmed Requirements. Please be aware that you will be asked to give final confirmation to the instructions you provide in order details. ResumeCampus guarantees that the delivered Documents will meet only confirmed requirements.
- PAYMENT AND FEE POLICY
In consideration of the Services provided, you will pay us all fees due according to the prices and terms listed on this Website.
OUR SERVICES ARE PREPAID. IF WE DID NOT RECEIVE OUR PAYMENT OR PAYMENT METHOD IS DECLINED, YOU FORFEIT OF SERVICES. UPON ANY TERMINATION BY YOU, WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR ANY SERVICES NOT YET PERFORMED. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS TO CUSTOMERS WHO DO NOT USE THEIR ACCOUNT OR LOG IN.
All your payments are due upon receipt. The Services are billed once these Services have been purchased by you.
All fees are exclusive of all taxes and/or levies, and/or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes and/or levies, and/or duties. You agree to pay any such taxes that might be applicable to your use of the Services and payments made by you under these Terms.
If, at any time, you contact your bank or credit card company and decline or otherwise reject the charge of any payment, this act will be considered as a breach of your obligation hereunder and your use of the Services will be automatically terminated.
In case of any online fraud on your side, appropriate state authorities will be contacted immediately.
If You initiate a merchant dispute (chargeback) with your credit/debit card issuing bank, you automatically give up all your rights to the Documents. At the same time, when doing a chargeback, you abandon your rights to the Documents. We may sue for compensation for the incurred expenses from the chargeback.
We reserve the right to change our Fee Policy from time to time. In particular, we may at our sole discretion introduce new Services and modify some or all of the existing Services offered on the Website. In such an event we reserve the right to introduce fees for the new Services offered or amend/introduce fees for existing Services, as the case may be. Changes to the Fee Policy shall be posted on the Website and such changes shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted on the Website. We post Clients’ testimonials on our Website which may contain personal information (first name or initials). Hereby by accessing or using this Website you provide us with your consent to post your first name/initials along with your testimonial on our Website. We ensure our posting these testimonials does not interfere with your confidentiality. If you wish to request the removal of your testimonial you may contact us by the email provided on our website.
REFUND AND REVISION POLICY
ResumeCampus will issue a refund to you only according to this Refund Policy. ResumeCampus provides a professional resume writing service. There is no trial or grace period after purchasing the resume writing service. Like any writing project, there will be multiple drafts and revisions. ResumeCampus’s writers will work with you throughout the Revision Period until you are satisfied with your resume. As a result, there are no full refunds once the resume writing service has been purchased. The only case when ResumeCampus will issue a full refund is when the Documents ordered are not provided to the Client within 30 days after the order.
We guarantee, if you are not receiving two times more job interviews within 60 days of receiving your final copy, we will rewrite your resume again free of charge.
ResumeCampus provides various methods of contact (i.e. email, telephone, account message board, and live chat) to facilitate communication between you, us and the writer assigned to complete an order. Using any of these methods, our Customer Support Center is available to you at any time and will respond to any refund request or other issue promptly. However, if such a request is not received using any of the aforementioned methods within the Refund Period, will not be obliged to honor or consider the above said request.
Should the Documents delivery be delayed due to unexpected circumstances, from the side of ResumeCampus, we will be happy to provide compensation for the breach of the order deadline in the form of a credit or a discount to be used towards your next order with us. Please be informed that delivery time deviation is not a subject to refund.
Any revision request or complaint in regards to the Document(s) that has provided must be made within the revision period (“Revision Period”). ResumeCampus offers a 2-days Revision Period. Revision Period begins on the date of Client`s order deadline and expires on the last day of the Revision Period. After that point, no revision and/or complaint will be made and/or accepted.
All copies are provided in a non-editable PDF file until the moment when the Client indicates that he or she is satisfied with the quality of the Document(s) ordered. Any correction you want to make should be communicated to your writer via e-mail. The writer will work on your Document(s) and make as many corrections as you need during a Revision Period until you are completely satisfied. This means that Clients cannot make corrections to the documents themselves. It is only upon receipt of an e-mail from the Client containing an explicit and unambiguous approval of the quality when a final editable .doc format copy of the Document(s) is delivered.
In case a request for revision is not submitted within the Revision Period, ResumeCampus tacitly accepts that the Client is satisfied with the Document(s) and requires no further actions to be taken in regards to the Document(s) unless extra payment is provided or a new order is placed.
Upon receiving your completed assignment you are entitled to a free revision should the Document(s) fail to meet your instructions or defined requirements in any way.
All revisions will be based on the original order instructions. If at the time of the revision request you provide new, additional, or differing instructions, this will be interpreted as an application for new Document(s) and thus, will require additional payment. Furthermore, should you request a revision after the Revision Period, it will also be considered as a new order requiring additional payment.
