  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  4. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
  5. Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities, with the confidence to engage with clients at all levels.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  7. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
