Sales Executive Credit Cards

As a Credit Cards Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling credit card products to potential customers. You will work closely with our customers to understand their financial needs and offer them suitable credit card solutions. Your goal is to meet sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the growth of our credit card business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Acquisition: Identify potential customers through leads, referrals, and networking. Approach prospective customers to introduce credit card products and services.
  2. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the features and benefits of different credit card products, ensuring a deep understanding of their terms and conditions.
  3. Needs Assessment: Engage with customers to understand their financial goals and needs. Tailor credit card offerings to match the customer’s requirements.
  4. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the advantages of our credit card products. Address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
  5. Application Processing: Assist customers with the credit card application process, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately.
  6. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
  7. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant regulations, policies, and ethical standards.
  8. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage customer retention and referrals.
  9. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to enhance sales strategies.
  10. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, including customer feedback and market insights.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services, especially credit cards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of customer relationship management.
  • Proficient in using computer software and CRM tools.
  • Integrity and commitment to compliance with industry regulations.

Compensation:

  • Basic Salary: AED 1600 plus commission (make as much as you want)
  • No other benefit is available.
  • You will be required to pay the visa fee (AED 4000) only if you are selected by the company.
